"Wichtig zu wissen: Es gibt nicht die eine Ramen! Bei der Zubereitung kann einfach alles variieren. Die Zutaten der Brühe, die Länge der Kochzeiten, die Gewürze, die Nudelsorte und natürlich die Toppings. Allen gemein ist, dass es eine Basisbrühe gibt, die anschließend auf unterschiedliche Art und Weise gewürzt wird. In unserem Fall kochen wir zunächst die Basisbrühe, würzen diese mit einer Würzbrühe und kümmern uns im Anschluss um Toppings und Nudeln."  Kommen Sie vorbei und probieren Sei sich durch unsere hausgemachten Ramen-Spezialitäten. "Important to know: There is no one type of ramen! When it comes to preparation, everything can vary. The ingredients of the broth, the length of the cooking time, the spices, the type of noodle and of course the toppings. What they all have in common is that there is a basic broth, which is then seasoned in different ways. In our case, we first cook the base broth, season it with a seasoning broth and then take care of the toppings and noodles."
